There is a breakdown of public order that poses a threat to public safety in rivers state and requires extraordinary measures to curtail an implosion and restore peace and security. The president met with the warring parties, they had an agreement but after they left the Vila, they continued fighting.

The president also received a request to impose a state of emergency from the Federal Executive Council and the legally recognised judicial arm of government in Rivers State, which is the state house of Assembly.

FALZ, THERE IS A LAW THAT JUSTIFIES THE IMPOSITION OF A STATE OF EMERGENCY AS PRESIDENT TINUBU HAS DONE. And there is no law that bars the president and commander in chief from suspending a sitting Governor.

The answer to that question is actually, a resounding yes. You people seem to be confusing morality with legality. It may not be morally right, but as there's no law that stops it, then it is not legally wrong. And whatever is not legally wrong is legally right. Even the bible in 1 John 3: 4 defines sin as a transgression of the law. Therefore where there's no law, there's no sin.
