I went to the main file of my laptop (maybe "this PC" I'm not sure), copied it to an external storage and formatted the hard disk.

Now, I'm looking for some pictures from the info I copied after putting it into another tablet and I can't find anything that makes sense, but the file size is still very big, with all the system configurations.

How do I get it to be like in the laptop that was formatted? (I didn't put it back to same place cos I don't want to use the laptop again)

Good day all
My HP Elitebook 840 G6 is no longer booting up, showing "BootDevice Not Found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk - (3F0)".
I suspect my hard disk is faulty. How much is a 1TB SSD replacement?

Up to that. shocked
Anyway, I've confirmed it's a problem with my Elitebook's SSD by swapping with my Probook's SSD.

Is my data recoverable from the failed SSD?

First of all confirm by using the ssd external casing, insert the ssd here and connect with to another laptop and see if it will detect it.
