Ported out of 9Mobile around September 2023. One of the the best decisions that I made that year..my main line would have been deactivated cuz network was out for 2 months plus.

It's one of my first lines but I have abandoned it because it's always having network issue......Very useless network.

I ported my line five years ago, and I'm glad I made that decision. It's the most useless network in Nigeria!

The owners of 9 mobile should sell the company to MTN, it's obvious they don't know what they're doing.
Hate it when banks use customers funds to buy a business and ruin the business.

I have not had network since 1 week now,
I have missed important calls and updates

The problem is even worse than what is painted above in this report. For many months now, the 9 Mobile network has been comatose. 8 can attest to this by the fact that when I went to many of their numerous customer care points to do a welcome back for my son card what they always said is that their was server downtime and this has been happening for about 2 months in my case. Imagine how long thi situation has been on. They better fold up that garbage company and save millions of subscriber this long agony

In Niger state there's no 9mobile network for the past one month now. In kainji almost 3years no network

I thought Alhaji use to have interest in this company, only to hear Adrian came with a company to buy up , the company needs to change its board, see how they can write-off their debts or extend it. Possibly sell off to a bouyant buyer, and they should run a business not a charitable organization. Although I would have preferred Alhaji to buy it but it seems Oga Danjuma(The richest man in Taraba, Africa) wants it. It is better to leave it for him o.

Bro, they're mediocre... the fact that they're he best a horrible situation isn't anything to commend.

What stops them from being two eyed... I paid 11k for 64gig and its not up to two weeks and my data is past half... checking my data usage, it doesn't tally!
