2. The Rivers State high court gave him a valid court order to work with the 3 man assembly.
How is obeying the court order an impeachable offence?

3. The Supreme Court had ruled before that you vacate your seat as soon as you decamp.
At first the 27 lawmakers agreed that they defected and said that the party was divided because the national secretary position was in contention.
It was later that they started denying defection.

I heard that they reduced the suspension to three months and shared the spoil of war between wike and fubara. They will both share the LG and state executive members position.
