If the president proclaims and the Assembly ratified then what exactly is the point of having an Assembly if the president does not need their approval to do as he likes? Do you even know the duties of the national assembly?

How is obeying the court order an impeachable offence?
Everything he did was based on a valid court order.

3. The Supreme Court had ruled before that you vacate your seat as soon as you decamp.
At first the 27 lawmakers agreed that they defected and said that the party was divided because the national secretary position was in contention.
It was later that they started denying defection.
So did you expect Fubara to be claiming that they had lost their seats and still be paying them?

If it were the other way, won't you shout that democracy is in danger? Which court of competent jurisdiction ruled that they have lost their seat? If the the supreme court had ruled as you said, are you saying it contradicted itself with the recent judgement on their defection? Renovation is not an offence but demolishing the entire building because you are not in good terms with majority of the assembly members is a no- no. I think you read how supreme court berated his actions regarding that. The governor is not there by himself. And his power stops where that of the assembly members start. He is representing the people like wise the legislative members. Did he seek the input of the legislative members who are representing their respective constituents before embarking on suck demolition? If President Tinubu demolishes the national assembly under any guise and ask the national assembly members to be seating in Aso villa , will u deem it as okay? When an action favours the person you like his / her face, it is legal and when it doesn't favour him/ her, it is illegal.

Something that's already taken effect with or without the senate. This is just to give the whole farce a sense of legality and not to make Tinubu look foolish. We all know Tinubu will have his way with or without the senate who are just there to warm the chairs!

Even if he doesn't have the right, once the Rep and Senate have ratified it, it automatically becomes law. As you can see, it's what just happened so Tinubu hasn't committed any offense. Let's move on, Fubara has been saved from certain impeachment thanks to Baba Tinubu.

If you know anything about law you would understand that the Supreme Court had no right to meddle into the issue of demolition because there was no court hearing on that issue.

The Supreme Court only worked based on a report one faction gave them.
