Is like paystack is a dubious organisation, mistake I made was not carrying out my due diligence before adding their payment gateway to my new ecommerce website.
I just visited their Facebook page and the reviews I saw there were terrible, I am just another victim. After completion of my ebook website, two customers made a purchase which I delivered but paystack has refused to release my money for me, even when I have provided everything about my business they requested, yet this morning they came up with another story to withhold my money, after going through their Facebook page, I discovered that most people are suffering same fate with me, is that not broad daylight scamming, what is consumer protection doing to save Nigerians from some of this scam payment gateways. Even here on nairaland, I saw bad reviews about them. I had to hurriedly remove them from my websites, I have added monnify and business is moving smoothly. I sha curse them because it hurts to see your late night hard works scammed.

Same thing OPAY did to me.
A customer lodged a complaint against me, and instead of following due process through law enforcement or giving me a chance to respond, Opay restricted my account without hearing my side of the story!
Once the restriction is lifted, I will delete the app on my device and start advocating for Nigerians to do away with the dubious organisation and continue to use their regular commercial banks.

If I meet up with one, they will bring another one, why not compile the whole requirements at once and forward so that I will settle, I think they were scared of the curse, and their calling out hence they now released my funds. For almost one week, this people were just turning me up and down.
How can they request for reseller right for my own ebook oo, how is that there business, this people too do oo

So sorry for your experience with Opay, even though I think they are very reliable more than most banks out there, have you tried sending them mail?

I have mailed and called several times and they haven't even responded. It's so unfair
