Connie people... The Law says that the President will address the House in a closed session and explain d circumstances or reason for declaring a SoE.
Not for the House to go into a closed session in other to deliberate on the matter.
Deliberation should be done in open and voting with signature must be made public.
Politicians should stop twisting the law to suit their partisan purpose.

So many did not spot the bigger picture in this video.

Seriake Dickson had gone to TV Station to do what politicians do most, "Tell people what they like to hear".

Dickson actually was trying to cover his "Yansh" or "Hypocrisy" by quickly going to the Senate Order Book to find the one that can cover him up.

Order 135 allows them to go into close door section on State of Emergency request from the executive. And that order that will not allow Nigerians to see Seriake Dickson's double-mouth is the order he is fighting hard to point out.

Behind the door, he supported it. But on TV he rained heaven and earth against supporting it.

Politicians are devil.

Look at how akpabio is talking down on Dickson his so called brother from the South South.

The people in the South South are not even united. How can they be ? They are heterogenous people filled with different tribes in a geopolitical region called SS.

They don't see themselves as one because they are not one.

A calabar man doesn't share anything in common with a warri man from delta. An Annang man from akwa ibom does not anything in common with an izon man from bayelsa.

That why it is very easy to divide and rule them just like tinubu is using wike and akpabio against the people of Rivers.
