The analogy is flawed.
Christ condemns husband being harsh on their wives thus "beating" is out of the question!!!

We are not Muslims that permit beating on one's wife.

Paul's idea to the christians under the yoke of slavery is that the present system is not under their control, at best the world hates them.
Hence by following the teaching of Jesus they could better show the loving nature of God which suggested that they shouldn't be concerned with the earthly system of things.
