In a surprising turn of events, the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, along with his family, has relocated to the Bayelsa State Government House. They are currently being hosted and accommodated by Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri.

This development comes just days after President Bola Tinubu once again defended his decision to declare a state of emergency in Rivers State.
