The killing in Ogun is uncountable, especially through ritual killing, yet the governor does nothing. Nobody was killed in Rivers before Tinubu saw the need to declare a state of emergency. The government in Ogun have failed and there is NO GOVERNMENT there. Tinubu should just declare state of emergency in Ogun state and remove the government, appoint a military administration to curb further killing.
