I will like this to be challenged in court. My personal opinion. State of emergency is an extraordinary measure which requires extraordinary approach to restore peace. I believe in such situations, constitution is suspended and leave president with discretion on every available options to restore peace include suspending elected officials if the need be. Without insults, you can state your opinion and let learn. |

Nigeria constitution even after many amendments is still a perfect example of something imperfect! To explain it very well,it only favoured the upper hand and in extents the oppressor! |
