"minister for home affairs" took over this guy but God can turn him around.

Good support system and early intervention from loved ones and friends would have prevented things from deteriorating to this point...!

It's still not yet late.

He needs treatment and rehabilitation... Lots of counseling too, to prevent relapse.

Addiction and Substance abuse is a global crisis.
