The real 001 in Africa.
LOL. He's not even top 5.

You might not like Tinubu and I don't too, but whoever is Nigeria's GCFR is Africa's 001, be it a BAT or a goat.

1. Nigeria
2. South Africa
3. Egypt
4. Ethiopia (arguably)
5. Kenya

In that order. Rwanda isn't even the most influential in East Africa, not to mention Africa. You should really study contemporary African socio-politico-economics.

How come? With the rate of poverty, unemployment, inflation, corruption and my personal dislike, gross bad belle against ourselves, I ask again, how come?

........he keeps attacking Muslims at every opportunity, using international news as a cover, yet Muslims; whether nominal, moderate or Sunni on this board keep ignoring him and his silly antics.

I know he’s enjoying it because he believes some people are enjoying it too, which is why he ain't be cautioned or called out.

What I do know is that Muslims on this board ain't gonna be tempted to start attacking Christianity in return. We won’t turn this thread into a religious battle zone.

Keep enjoying it if it pleases you buddy. LOL!

That reinterates the point. The Lagos economy alone is humongous enough to fund the annual budgets of some African countries.

Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, and now Francophone countries sending representatives to study our fintech ecosystem which is truly advanced then replicating it. Those driving the replication are Nigerians even.

In the last decade, more than 65% of all tech venture capital injections from foreign VCs to Africa have been into Nigeria.

Nigeria invariably controls the West African subregion, and West and Central African countries depend on Nigeria for their economic life force. No other African country has this much control.

BRICS is failing to take shape partly because Nigeria hasn't been onboarded. Nigeria gets onboard and you have most of Africa in the bag.

SubSaharan Africa literally depends on Nigeria's relative stability.

I could go on and on. Our internal socioeconomic failings regardless, your country is very powerful. I don't even think Tinubu realises how powerful Nigeria is when he gets on the negotiation table. I don't even think he knows he's Africa's 001.

Darn! Thanks, sirs. I guess I've had too many sociopolitical back-and-forths lately, the Davido-Wizkid-Burna rivalry has been pushed back in my headspace.

She may or may not survive it, my own worry is the potential fallout if they eventually recall her because already the situation is tense. They should allow her complete her term and present a formidable candidate come 2027- her victory in 2023 is partly due to APC infighting in KC many of the APC guys did anti party due to the choice of the candidate.

Your country? I didn't know you're not a Nigerian anymore. Lol

With all this, I still wonder why things are the way they are in Nigeria. Yes, I know Fintech and even tech in Nigeria is huge, but it's as if it's impact is ineffective, judging by the way things seems to be getting out of hand, day by day, not to talk of the our Power sector, which seem be going up and down, as if a JSS 3 student is learning how to plot graph.

At the bolded, I think you should stop mis informing the public and over rating Nigerian influence in the international system. This is not your Nigeria of the 70s, 80s & 90s where we projected influence and dominance across our national boundaries.

For a start, what do you mean by the statement that the BRICS organization has failed to take shape because Nigeria is not on board?
In Africa, you have South Africa, Egypt and Algeria with a more bigger GDP than Nigeria who are all BRICS member countries except Algeria. Ethiopia might even overtake Nigeria as things stand now.
Just this year Nigeria became BRICS partner member which is different from membership.
For Nigeria to become a member, South Africa must give her approval.
Fun fact: Nigeria applied for BRICS membership in 2023.
Meanwhile, countries like Algeria(another BRICS partner country) and Uruguay are already members of the BRICS New Development Bank. This is the engine room of BRICS, where countries get the economic dividends of BRICS. Naija no dey dis list.

Even smaller countries like Niger are already calling our bluff in the West African subregion. No dey live in lala land, because I get am before no be property

On the economy the governor is getting it right and we are expecting more investments, they shouldn't waste this golden opportunity that will set the state on the path to economic prosperity by playing dirty politics that can snowball into widespread insecurity.

I witnessed politically inspired crises on several occasions in the 2000s we don't need to test anything, you were not there when every election seems like Armageddon with people dropping dead and normalcy seems a Pipedream.
Shaykh you can't be in UAE living in peqce and tranquility and be suggesting what could lead to breach in peace and safety of lives and properties in KC. This is evil.

His supporters here who all live abroad, believe he will build Nigeria, 'the way he built Lagos'.

May be that's why they are abroad waiting for him to build Nigeria and are not willing to listen to those who are in the country and are looking for an escape route.
The 8m who voted for Tinubu are all in Nigeria, they heard him and others and voted for Tinubu

How many of those 8m votes came from abroad?
