You are an IBO and not South South. In Lagos whenever there is Crisis and people start to bomb Ships at Apapa Ports, NNPC Jetties and DANGOTE Refinery and petrochemicals, then, they should declare the State of Emergency. Even, before it gets to that level, whenever unknown gunmen declare sit -at-home on Mondays and force people going about their businesses including your brothers at Alaba, Aspamda, Computer Village and numerous other people going to Seaports, Airports, Banks from going to work, they should declare State of Emergency. The above conditions are declaration of War. They should declare State of Emergency.
