This is a very silly and lazy answer.

When El-Rufai was endorsed by Buhari, APC won the governorship and all 3 senatorial seats while PDP was in power in the state and federal level. By the time Buhari was leaving, El-Rufai presided over losing all the 3 senatorial seats and even lost the presidential vote for Tinubu by a large margin in the same Kaduna. He won the the governorship for the incumbent governor by something like 20k votes.

Only a madman would compare his power and reach with Wike who took power from an incumbent governor and has won every election for himself or whoever he supports (no matter what FG is in power) by at least claiming (or writing if you prefer ) an overwhelming 80% of the vote.

It's El rufai... Nobody seem to like wike... He is in his last political journey... No president will appoint him again, he can only get senator through his normal rigging... The igbos hate him for calling out on them, south south hate him for edo election ND rivers election... North doesn't like him for rascality and many tantrum at the north during 2023...

But El rufai hasn't offended anyone from his region so far.. only Southerners see him as religious bigot...

Don't say wike delivers.. cus El rufai delivers even far better... Without coruption unlike wike... Again El rufai doesn't seek God fatherism... While wike is like tinubu

In national politics El-rufai is not wike's mate.

Wike can only show muscle in Rivers State,

In PDP, he was defeated by Atiku in the primaries.

El Rufai ensured Tinubu had a soft landing among the northern governors and insisted power must shift to the south, something Wike couldn't archive in PDP.
