I am beginning to believe that politics and governance are two different things that one can be a genius in politics and be a dunce in governance. It might be true that PBAT had no plans whatsoever and only told Nigerians that it was his turn. He removed subsidy cause he heard other contestants say so but he couldn't copy their implementation plans, hence he put the cart before the horse.

However, I love how he is teaching the north politics and putting them in their place.
If you say you love how he's teaching the north politics, you think the northerners really care. It's the Nigerian masses (including you) he's teaching lesson not the northerners. You should understand that you can not eat your cake and still have it.

You guys should stop mentioning obi in any sensible conversation na.
This is not joke session pls.

Because the FG wants to emulate egypt in area of power generation, transmission and distribution does not mean they are copying obi.

So, if balablu decided to put on black attire for an event tomorrow, you people will say he is copying obi abi?

When Peter Obi did it before the elections that time, they said it was nonsense. They made jest of him. They said he was wasting his time. They said he wouldn't be a good president.
See them now.
They will now spend millions to learn and we still won't see any reasonable result.
APC is superbly evil.

Obi was talking nonsense just as the minister is talking nonsense as well.
Egypt doesn’t possess any new technology or expertise. They are spending more money and employing people who has the technology.
You can go to Egypt, China Australia and Canada to learn whatever but nothing will happen if don't put your money down and employ competent people.
Without learning, how can you know where and who to invest in please?

Show us any legacy project Obi did while in office, that is still existing till now.

Imagine several LG in his Anambra does not have a public healthcare centre. Soludo is doing this now

They mocked Peter Obi for going to Egypt to learn about the same thing 2 years ago. Now 2 years later, they're copying him. Took them 2 whole years to realize what Obi had seen barely few months to the election! That is VISIONARY LEADERSHIP!!
Stop being emotional because the criminal called Obi did not learn anything in Egypt because he is neither an Electrical Engineer nor a power engineer.

Obi was just playing to the gallery and deceiving the mumu nzougbu nzougbu by claiming to have learnt power generation in Egypt under 2 days

So Peter Obi was right huh

Obi is a visionary, had good intentions for the country even before the election, then Corrupt Looters are just taking the step after 2 years.

I remember when he said he will declare war on lack Electricity in Nigeria, just imagine how far our economy would've been by now.

Are they now returning to their vomit?

APC people are planless and spineless scalar quantities
While they are still preparing to learn from Egypt, Peter Obi has already finished learning from Singapore and Malaysia. The choice for Nigeria in 2027 is clear.

The children of hatred and damnation have infiltrated my comment with their usual bile.
Why fight people whose opinion is contrary to yours?
What happen to freedom of comment/opinion?
Very stupid headless mobs.
You even have the nerve to be contemptuous while telling a bold face lie.

So if you lie using Semantics we're supposed to leave you alone🤔 Because na only you enter school abi😒

I'm really disturbed by how freely you grown men lie.

Will it kill you to call a spade a spade?
Will it kill you to admit PO was on to something traveling to Egypt?
Will it kill you to admit this idea first came from PO?

No...rather, it's to insult our intelligence and pretend it's just a mere coincidence

For supposedly God fearing country, Nigerians can lie sha

I said that partly because I am one of those that believe that the north is somehow stunting our progress as a nation with their born-to-rule mentality. Like I said, politics is different from governance. And yes, the northerners care cos they are really feeling the pains.

it hasnt been fully deregulated

there is still a government subsidy

they have been peeling it away slowly

https://punchng.com/fg-plans-n2-3tn-electricity-subsidy-in-2025/

power is capital intensive. no one will invest in power as long as a subsidy is in place because it is too risky

it is the same reason people had waited for years to start investing in refineries
The power sector has always been subsidies. The Egyptians funded the construction of 40,000 MW from 2012 to the present with loans from international agencies.

The Nigerian government wasted $4 billion repairing four refineries that still don't work today. $3 billion would build a 5000MW Electricity power generator.

Obi people go happy die today, they need it in the midst of continuous anguish. Thank you Tinubu.
They don't know that Obi was as foolish as an Almajiri going to sit in Professor's office to become an engineer. He didn't know that he must study and be admitted, pay fees ,attend lectures and properly pass exams to graduate as an engineer.
You ended up sounding more foolish.

Reverseng:
Action and reaction are equal opposite and simultaneous.
Sun and moon.

If the sun is an action and the moon is a reaction, then the power from the sun= power from the moon, just that the principle of generation of power from the sun will be opposite.

If there can be solar panels, then there can be lunar panels. Man isn't just smart to understand this because newton third law is incomplete. Action and reaction are equal, opposite AND SIMULTANEOUS.

the Simultaneous part is the missing link to Newton third law that has escaped mankind for centuries. And I believe it's also the key to a perpetual motion machine which science has failed to create because of it's faulty understanding of nature.
Breathe in >Breathe out>breathe in...
Day>night>day...
Live>Die> Relive (reincarnation)

Because if action and reaction are equal opposite and simultaneous, then the reaction from an action should power the action itself. It's a two way universe of cause and simultaneous effect and not just cause alone. This is a theory of mine. Same way I have a theory that darkness is just light that's vibrating fast. And daytime is light vibrating slowly....that's why we can see daytime but can't see at night. Same way you can see a fan blade when it's rotating slowly (daytime) but can't see it when it's rotating fast(night)

Man doesn't understand that light is what makes up everything around us. Light isn't what comes from the sun. Light is what makes up the sun. Same way pixels is what makes everything in game like San Andreas and so on
https://www.nairaland.com/8345780/game-world-pixels-human-world

This isn't the limit. Man's mathematics is also wrong because 1×1= 2

https://www.nairaland.com/8304140/11-should-equal-2-proof#133494823

It's a brave new world for the thinker-doers. grin
There Solar Panels that works in the Evening too!!
But the Establishments would not allow it to be sold to the global Commoners or "Useless Eaters".

So at last they are adopting Peter Obi's solutions whom they almost roasted for going to the same Egypt to understudy how they made it.

It is a well established fact long ago that Bola Tinubu is empty. The man who claim other people's achievements in Lagos does not have the mental capacity and skills to govern.
The foolish and gutter mouthpiece Bayo Onanuga should be ashamed. All BATeria zombies supporting Tinubu’s administration, not because he is competent, but because of tribalism should cover their faces in shame.

No matter how you people plan to manipulate the outcome of the 2027 election it will fail. Tinubu must be booted out like he did to Jonathan. The masses have seen enough and no amount of propaganda, money, tribalism and religious manipulation will change that.

Vampires.
All of you are just shedding tears. Because Obi went to Egypt means he will get it right? Or that stops the bilateral agreement between Nigeria and Egypt?
You these blockheads with your zombie behaviour always shouting Obi the frauds name

So Obi visit is the solution to Nigeria's energy problem? Y'all these OBIFOOLS are too dumb. Obi went to Egypt. Egypt ambassador to Nigeria had meeting with Minister in Abuja on bilateral agreement. Do you understand what that means?

Oh God...Obi was massacred on various social media for this same thing and now 2 yrs later they are going down the same lane.

Imagine if Obi was at the helm of affairs the electricity industry won't have been the same cos some of those knowledge he gathered years ago from Egypt would have definitely benefited our power generation and distribution. This folks are barely going to learn after wasting 2 yrs...Can a BAT illuminate the nation ?
