The guy had to run away from school when they were hunting for him. That was the end of his academics, the first class just waste. Let's not even talk about what would have happened if he was caught.
So yes, gambling addicts can display the same level of madness as drug addicts, maybe we can just make a case for the direct effects drugs has on the body.

To break off the habit can even lead to serious medical issues like suffering seizures as part of withdrawal symptoms. That bukka hut founder, I'm not really sure his suicide was linked to having a bad debt. But for that FCMB manager, I know most bank managers always find themselves in such mess when they give out non-collaterized loans to customers against the bank's policies and such customers refuse to service the loan facility over time.

Those ones are their own problem not gambling addiction. They just don't like to do the right thing for reasons best known to them.

I know this because my friend used to work with the company in the past and back then he does help people who win to collect their winnings from the head office. He told of a particular man who usually wins regularly; the man will win at least twice in a month and it is usually big money.

I was the one who started that argument then that people who earn 600k monthly used to be classified as rich in the past but now people earning that amount are struggling and can’t even be called middle class.
