No politicians can steal or do sub standard project without the support of civil servants. If you do a good job and refuse to settle, they will write negative report about your project and delay your payment

Slim shady catches shady perhaps. Naija nollywood format wey don cast since. Project that good quality costs 10billion, government will approve for 15billion, source 9billion from abroad and 6billion from government, then give it to contractor that must give back 6billion if he wants approval of contract. Then community and co will take 3 billion, contractor will take his own 500million, owe his workers 1.5billion and buy substandard with the rest.
