Civil servants (sacked 20k workers, forcefully retired perm secs and directors, baseless verifications), pensioners (scammed them to forgo their arrears), council workers(no funds to procecute local projects, baseless verifications), farmers (no Abia farmer got any of the federal agric incentives) etc.
Let's not even talk about the average citizen whom he has denied dividends of democracy in critical sectors like health and education. Youths who largely voted for him are left out too. He said they have no plans for youth development.

This is the first time this man is visiting the state university since he was elected. And he has visited lot's of universities in and outside Nigeria before now.
And now he wants to build a 5000 capacity hostel that'd take 20 years to build.
This is someone who have not started anything from scratch and finished it.
And there's no development you can point to in Abia under him if not patched road, yet hundreds of billions is gone.
Take out patched roads, no other development stride. Health, education, agriculture, youth empowerment, ICT = zero. Not even one kobo effort.
Same man asked pensioners to forgo their arrears after lying he has cleared all the arrears.
Civil servants doing nonsense verification every other day.
LG chairmen reduced to council account signatories. None has been able to do any single thing on their own. Cos this man has sworn development would never come to Abia.
