Trump invoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act and this was in accordance with his rights and privileges as president of the United States. Trump had the Powers to issued such declaration.. the federal Judge only issued a temporary halt to the order as certain due process weren't followed and the order came late as the plane's were already in the air.

Declaration of war or committing the US armed forces into a conflict aboard does not fall among the executive Powers of the US president. Donald Trump simply doesn't have the power to initiate an invasion of Greenland.

Also since Trump came into power the US supreme Court has successfully carried out orders halting the implementation of a number of his policies..

Like I said this is the US not Russia. Trump powers as POTUS are checked. Trump can't impeachment a supreme Court judge.. The US supreme Court judges can only be impeachment on cases of "high Crimes and Misdemeanors." And the US Congress have the exclusive right to carry out such exercise.

Trump can cry from now till tomorrow he can't impeachment a sitting US supreme Court judge..
Such impeachment moves will be dead on arrival at the US senate..
