First of all being debarred is not a criminal offense sir.

So interpol doesn't even come into equation here.

Now my you can be barred in the state of California and still work in the state of Arizona if the Arizona bar association doesn't have an issue with you.
So also you can be debarred in the US and still be a member of Nigeria bar association.
You cannot get the Nigerian bar association to debar a member because he has an issue with a bar association in the US, he swore an oath to the Nigeria bar association, until he breaks that oath, the Nigerian bar association has no issue with him...
