This is actually good at least for being able to get it to deployment stage in both stores. Try to add more screenshots to both android and that of apple store at least make them 8 each. And try to use those free professional app to design your screenshots with description to capture more interests for download. Increase on fonts where necessary to avoid people using glasses before they can read your content. Also let your next project app topic be the app that can really solve human problem or tool so you can try to attract more downloads. If your new idea is existing before in stores, then add more extra features to make your stands out. With this you can be able to attract more downloads organically even without advert. Seems you never integrate admob or in-app-purchase yet, Also, you are not actually using Nigeria address for your play console, but Germany. Are you based there or just used address of someone you knew there? You have tried in general to even reach this stage, try to make those changes to attract more downloads and properbly retain them through your coding quality content, and then add admob to monetize them.
