It's a crime, it's fraudulent! It's Academic misrepresentation and it has ethical consequences and even legal consequences. It includes falsifying of academic Records, plagiarism fabricating Research Data, ghostwriting and Contract Cheating which is what we have here (paying someone to write assignments, theses, or dissertations and submitting them as personal work) etc. If proven, you can lose your job, the paper you contributed to and most importantly your integrity. There are aspects of research that can be contracted out occasionally like data collection (use of research assistants/field workers) and data analysis

Academic assignments are research based. It should be YOUR OWN original work. Of course you're allowed to quote other people or use captions with appropriate permissions.
But for you to pay someone to do it for you (except for data entry field work), it is plagiarism that will land you an automatic expulsion in developed countries.
