Proteins> egg, chicken, turkey and goat meat

Vegs> spinach, kale and carrots

Even pomo wey we dey use guide don add 1h
Make I buy beans 2h add my last garri ontop the woman said she can't sell beans without me buying bread ... I just codely left her place use the the 2h get sugar and groundnut

Currently we don't eat for health sake we eat just so we don't fell empty
