2. There was a valid legal tussle about the 27 lawmakers losing their seats upon defection or not,,
The Governor and many people believe they lost theirs seats automatically upon leaving their party and the Governor got a valid court order to work with the 3 remaining valid members.

Nothing compared with a clear constitutional provision that even a child in primary 2 could understand.

2/3 of the lawmakers MUST agree.

That's is the problem with you people. When a system favours you, you shout hallelujah but if the same system does not favour you, you say crucify him . If you can applaud Funbara and his assembly men for illegality, you should also support the same system now. The biggest problem Nigeria has is that the oppressed are in love with their oppressors.

Also, the level of political literacy is appallingly low especially in Kogi State.

No seat was lost. He colluded with just 3 members of the House of Assembly to approve the budget. Is that how a budget should be passed? Stop supporting illegality.
