You are all just pretending to be sleeping. You know what is right. The drug lord snatches it, runs away with it and ask us to go to court when we all know we can't get justice from the Bastardized Judiciary. You know what is right but it's difficult to correct you because you are just pretending to be sleeping. |

Hei!!! This woman who epitomises unethical practice at the judiciary opens her mouth. The woman who presided over number four in governorship election becoming number one. An act that has led to killings of more than five thousand youths in the southeast. |

adioolayi:•A Timely Intervention By C J-Can Still Save Nigeria: She is disciplined and erudite of the Law. But you know people( Nigerians) just wants it their own ways, when that is not the laws-the worst are the Footsoldiers of Politicians always on Tribal, Religious and Ethnic brickbats- on the Social Media, being tantalised by gaulibles audiences. She should also purge many in the National Industrial Courts ( all over Nigeria) as they just de there ,accumulating Cases,e .g Cases of over 10- yrs,12- 14 yrs between these Courts and Appeal Courts are lying 🤥 fallow to the Frustrations of Many NIGERIANS. -Abroad (in UK, Europe and USA) - there is a Time -Frame -a Case can Stay in any Court abroad,Unlike that of Nigeria- where Big Corporations through their Lawyers representing them, continues adjunments, upon Adjunments, etc, buy time, for their Cases- yet in Economics- Time they say -Is Money 🤑. -Abroad,if you delay Cases -by Continuous Adjournments Or through Frivolous Excuses (e.g Lawyers Not around Or Indispose or in another engagement, etc which we have been using in Nigeria) - such may lose their Certificates to the State. -Another Challenge is the Lack of Experience of New Judges - because Training, Learning New Things and rigorous and Continuous Training( Within and Outside Nigeria)- are the hallmarks of a good Judicial System of any Country in the World,Today 🌎! -Where are the likes of Justice Akiola Aguda, the Irikefes, the Oputas,etc- who were Great Erudites Of Law- during their Days in Nigeria? -What about the likes of Prince Bola Ajibola, the Teslim,Elias,etc- that you can hardly faults their opinions on Matters of Laws? •This is the Problems and Challenges - Nigerians ( Common Man)are Facing and as such are losing interest in Coming to Our Justice System-to act as a Refuge. The Executive should resist the audacity to lord it on the Judiciary,e.g Buhari once brought one person to the World Court and he couldn't even pass the first Stage before they bundle him out! For a Country that used to be the Head and President of the World Court,in Hague? We Need Self Examinations of so many Wrong -things in Nigeria! •Let the CJ start to take Statistics of ALL Outstanding -Cases in Nigeria Today- she will be Alarmed 😳 and Shocked( as per Dãte and Time )they have been in our Courts. Kiss 😘 the TRUTH! |
