How was it? What there a video interview? What papers (Numerical, verbal etc) was the test made of?

I have explained this times without number for graduate trainee you will write aptitude test based on numerical, verbal, spatial, abstract reasoning and some general knowledge questions, but for experienced positions you will write skilled test based on your field of operation.

Received invite today.......... exams started on 04 of April to 11 of April.... Last it gonna be operator cose is experience not trainee Also someone is telling me there's possibility for operator to do only interview nor aptitude..........we still have hope for those that not received......cose no rejection Mail as every stage NLNG used to send rejection Mail for those dat not made it to next stage
We're still waiting for operator in Sha Allah anything next month
We Will receive by god grace.
Up now I didn't see any one who applied for operator receive
In Sha Allah e will receive Ameen.

Trainee technician. You still haven’t talked about the test you wrote

Good morning. Both Operators and Trainee Lab Analyst received their invitations for the Online Proctored SHL Test/Assessment on the 20th of March and the test spans from on the 26th of March to 3rd of April while the trainee technicians received theirs yesterday, 28th March and their Online Proctored SHL Test/Assessment spans from 4th April (The day after the test for both Operators and Trainee Lab Analyst) to 11th April.

The recruitment for the three positions will run concurrently; they’ll receive their interview, result verifications and medical mails same period, maybe like one or two weeks in between. Only difference may be the Operators won’t receive training mails after medicals, just resumption while the other two positions will be trained for a duration of 6months. It’s also true that they send rejection mails at every stage, and if you haven’t received your test mails yet, the rejection mail is coming. I’m sorry but that’s the harsh reality.

Proctored examination, that means you have to face the camera and you are being monitored, applicants using phone as hotspots kindly desist from that because once any call enters that's the end of the aptitude test. SHL is still same verbal reasoning, abstract reasoning, and all the other reasonings plus some few technical questions.

Correct regarding the camera but wrong regarding using phone as hotspot. Just turn on your DND to automatically and immediately reject any calls coming, you should be fine and your phone should be on silent. Also, for the SHL, there won’t be any verbal - expect;

Yes for the numerical reasoning. Calculator might slow you down, if you are good with computing numbers by heart then it is a plus.

My dear, you desperately need calculator for the numerical aspect of the exam.

Yes some people compute large volume of numbers without calculator, it is called speed maths.

Sincere Feedback. You may not really need a calculator. You are racing against time especially in the inductive and deductive reasoning phase. For your own good try do the practice test first before attempting the actual test on each phase. You need to be excellent at basic math to pass the Numerical phase, it's not ALGEBRA or LOG just basic math. but you need to be excellent i repeat. Omo! no be childs play. I am sure Abdulmalik with score above 90% of us should he write this test. Anyway we wait for AC or Unfortunately
