For almost a year, there's no 9mobile network in my location. How do you want us to believe you are not shutting down?

My efforts towards changing the number became effortless as I tried almost twice since 2021 in Ebonyi State and 2023 in Enugu State yet it's doesn't change

If you are you using the 9mobile sim to receive bank alert, sharperly go the banks and change the number to any of the networks that's still viable before fraudulent bank entities starts playing ping-pong with your monies cause they know you won't receive alerts

How can I port it to mtn
To port your number to MTN, visit an MTN outlet with your current phone number and a valid ID, complete the port-in form, and validate the port by sending "PORT" to 3232 via SMS or dialing 3232.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of the process:
Initiate the Port-in:
Visit an MTN Outlet: Go to any MTN outlet with your current phone number and a valid ID (driver's license, Voter's card, National ID, etc.).
Complete the Port-in Form: Fill out the port-in form and submit it.
Port Validation:
SMS: Send "PORT" to 3232 via SMS.
IVR: Dial 3232 and follow the IVR voice prompt.
Receive Confirmation: You will receive confirmation messages about the status of your request.
Remove your current SIM card after receiving the third confirmation message

9mobile's network has disappeared, much like the subsidy removal. Unfortunately, there's been no network service since January this year, 2025. It's a sad development, and to make matters worse, all telecommunications networks seem to be downgrading their services.

This is waste of time because the 9 mobile system no longer responds. The deliberately deactivated the service from there end when they observed that subscribers were porting in droves. Another problem is constant poor network coverages that is probably due to poor network and infrastructure management. Intact the network is already dead, put in a coffin awaiting burial. The regulators ought to be sued for dereliction of their duty to protect the subscribers as this has been going on for years under their nose

You're right on this one because because I received my December salary and bonus which I confirmed the money to be intact but after a day or so I discovered almost 3k gone without any notifications or reason for the withdrawal, mind you I tried changing the alert sim for good 2 decades now but all to no avail at different states precisely
