Hello house, should I buy classic, Milano or Romano for roofing?

The person in charge of my building says he uses 6inch and 5 inch block for one storey building, while all the people i know use 9inch and 6inch respectively...now he is saying i dont trust him with the qork, he has built many one story buildings using 6 and 5 inches...I am just exhausted...what do you think?

Please don't allow him do such for that is not standard practice.
It's always recommended that 9" blocks used in such kind of building.
This is irrespective of how professional he is.


I am very sure money is not the issue for you in such work, so don't let him go ahead with such. This is not about trust.

Please if you do please can you upload or snapshot it for all to see , the architectural and structural aspect.

- How much is Soil testing currently

- How do one negotiate with Omonile to avoid their oppression since I am a young man

- Do I need an engineer on site or an experience builder who can interpret drawing is fine

- Do I need an engineer to assist with the necessary permits requirements by Lagos state before construction begin or I can do it by myself

- Is it mandatory to settle the landlord association before construction can take place on my land as they gave me list of things to fulfill few years ago when I got the land but I ignored them

Not the best, how do u run conduit water pipes nd others? How about the building strength? How many pillars? Or he's saying the pillars and beams are 6" Also?

I understand increte to be cement used for floors. Do you mean tyrolene that is sprayed cement sand mix on the wall.
Graffitex is very durable but not as much as tyrolene nor as cheap.
