Anybody who is interested in long lasting peace amongst the people will not fault Obi's call.

Honestly I am yet to figure the use of the coffin because the body will decompose leaving only the bone
Maybe if they want to relocate the body the coffin will come in handy

I know u are talking about body decompistion. But I'm saying it's Ur religious background right from childhood that shaped Ur thoughts to think about body decomposition as reason for not to see the need to bury corpses in expensive coffin or any coffin at all.

It's just like things we see as right or wrong, our upbringing has a way of shaping what we see to be right or wrong. For example some people think it is wrong for a lady to wear trousers simply because of how they were brought up.

Myslef as a Yoruba person I think it's wrong for a young person to be buried with fanfare. I think it is wrong for elderly people to attend the burial of a young person, talk more of eating there. It's simpky because of my culture and upbringing, not necessarily because it is actually wrong in the real sense of things.
