Black South Africans don't, at least I've never met a black South African Muslim before... Even if there are, they must be very few.

Only those of Asian descent do, but they're a minority as well, hence I don't know anything about islam.

Do they spent the whole 30 days without eating any solid food, or they only fast from 6 in the morning to 6 in the evening for the whole 30 days?

And is everyone allowed to go and celebrate Eid Mubarak with them, or it's solely for Muslims only?

Not the whole 30days at a stretch o.

The fasting begins from 6am, and ends at 6pm each day.
So, most of them usually wake up before 6am to eat something before the fasting begins.

And is everyone allowed to go and celebrate Eid Mubarak with them, or it's solely for Muslims only?

If you want to, you can.
They usually share foods with neighbors, and the less privileged.
