That referee should be suspended by the international boxing federation. A boxer fell not because of impact of knock received but by strange body movement and he was busy counting. I have watched many bouts where the boxer unilaterally fell down and the referee stopped the match immediately for medical first aid. This one was busy given counts.

The ref is a fool and not to be blamed..that is his job once an opponent is down he is to count.. the boxer could have given up due to the impacts from previous punches + the ref was assertive even before completing the count that something is wrong..
