Answer: strategy of attrition and pouring of ressources into Ukraine from the USA and it's allies.
Russia is not fighting a PR war (everything Russia does is calculated according to a strategy which will end in Ukraine's total defeat and Russia's geopolitical goals being met), zelensky who knows he can't win is focusing on propaganda and he is trying to make the war go global: ww3.

I would actually love to see the USA try to fight Iran. When a shy person gives a bloody nose to a bully, bystanders clap.
