Tinubu’s policies are pushing Nigeria in the right direction, even though they are initially harsh, due to subsidy removal. The effects will ease in due course, and are even easing, as prices of fuel and food see a steady decline.

There is an INFRASTRUCTURAL REVOLUTION going on in the country. The states’ monthly allocation has increased fivefold since subsidy removal.

EVERY STATE IS NOW A CONSTRUCTION SITE.

In fact they’re in competition.

The other day I saw Benin city I couldn’t believe it.

You guys need to travel around this country. It’s developing faster than you can imagine.
I don't think it's even subsidies removal or floating of dollars that brought the harsh economy but the bandits heinous activities resulted to shortage of food production. If farmers were effectively in their various farms without any disruption we wouldn't have suffered that much

Can you provide proof that we pay more for electricity in Nigeria than UK?
we do, an average Nigerian home in band A consumes electricity higher in cost than our minimum wage.

The black man invented mathematics and writing, iron-smelting, architecture, medicine, philosophy, astronomy, the arts and the sciences.

The oldest iron-smelting site on Earth was recently discovered in Lejja, south-east Nigeria, and was carbon-dated to 2,500 BCE, roughly 5,000 years ago.

So ANYTHING AT ALL you use today that’s got any metallic components, be it a car, a phone, an aeroplane, a helicopter, a laptop, a wristwatch, or a fridge, is a manifestation of black African ingenuity.

Nubia and Kemet (Egypt) were the black jewels of the ancient world, who civilised the planet.

Aside from Kemet, there are over 200 pyramids in Sudan (Ancient Nubia) to the far south, some older than any on Earth.

Africa is the Cradle of Civilisation.

A black man, Mark Dean, co-invented the IBM Personal Computer in 1981, without which you would be using a TYPEWRITER today.

A black man, Lewis Latimer, invented the FILAMENT that made Thomas Edison’s Light Bulb last for YEARS, instead of 2 hours.

Without Latimer, you would be using candles.

A black man, Frederick McKinley Jones, invented refrigerated transport that allows for the transportation of perishable goods and foods across the world, for which he has over 40 patents!

So any time you enter SHOPRITE and go to the cold and frozen food section, you are looking at the work of a black man.

Without the black man, the entire world would be living in caves.
Thank you sir, God bless you.
I marvel at the stupidity of some narrow minded Nigerians that would denigrate the black race at any
given opportunity

They are nothing but fools and have no knowledge of history. they have made themselves the perfect tool of western propaganda that seeks to promote white supremacy where everything African is scorned and everything white is superior(which is a fallacy).

The whites have been known to be more violent , backward and degenerate more than any other race in all recorded history,

they struggled more than us before they seem to briefly get it right now which is even by exploitation of Africa and Africa, yet fools like him that know nothing will open their gutter mouth and speak obscenities.

People really need to get themselves educated.

Nothing is a wicked lie! Buhari built;

1. Lagos - Ibadan Expressway
2. Lagos - ibadan Railway
3. Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano Pipeline 80% completed
4. 2nd Niger Bridge
5. Kano - Maradi Railway
6. Warri - Itakpe Railway
Amongst many other infrastructural projects in the country.

Yes, monumental fraud was carried out, but Buhari never claimed to be perfect.

This is wat most of u said during buhari regime, and nigerians wasted 8 years without achieving anything. U hv started it again in tinubu regime. Tinubu has nothing to offer, tinubu only goal is to become nigerian president, and to steal nigerian treasury nothing else

Took us 13 times backward, and some still feel he is the best and that he is doing well.

It's okay. That's all I can say, but watch how nature turn the plans of men

Mention what OBJ & Yaradua "turned around" in in two years.. grin
Oh really? Let me just mention a few. OBJ met less than $3b in the external reserve and was able to increase it to over $30b when a barrel of oil was less than $20. It was during this period that excess crude oil account was created. They moved Nigeria out of indebted countries. Heavy investment in agriculture with their cassava revolution program. Setup most of the institutions we have today from ground zero without inflicting suffering and pains on the masses. See, I can go on and on. Just admit that Tinubu is a total failure.

Your write up suggests the black man has the sharp mental faculty to contribute to the advancement of man's civilization by way of creating novel technological feats. If all that be true then why is Africa still a third world continent?
Why haven't black africans in contemporary times done anything to develop Africa?

Nigeria’s long term economic outlook is very bright. International organizations are all very optimistic about Nigeria’s future because of all the economic reforms President Tinubu is working on.

You don’t have to like Tinubu to see some of these things. For the past 30 years or so, all presidents have had to worry about fuel subsidy, electricity subsidy, forex subsidy, state governments hijack of local government funds etc. In less than two years, he tackled all these issues instead of sidestepping them like all others have done. Going forward, no president after him will have to worry about any of these issues.

Things may be difficult but some of these things Judy have to be done in the overall long term interest of the country.
Go and read law 45 of Robert Greene's 48 laws of power.

Tinubu failed woefully in the way he went about his reforms.

The same way they said we will appreciate Buhari after his tenure. You guys don’t know anything. You have the chief propagandist in government and you expect them to tell you the truth. Nigerians wouldn’t know the extent of the damages until another party takes over.
Anybody that comes in after Tinubu will only needs to work on implementation of good policies. Tinubu had done the most difficult part. Believe it or not.

Na beans to remove subsidy. Even Buhari no try am.
Na beans to unfied forex. No former president try am.

Local govt autonomy na yam.

Tax reforms na yam.
We are feeling the effects of those policies. We all should know that they were just to change direction of where the country was heading to before he came in but in the long, with implementation of good policies there would be smile on every Nigerian. This is not politics matter.

What is the point of being rich in the past if you are extreme poverty paupers now?

Extreme poverty paupers who now export themselves voluntarily unlike when they were being forced as slaves in exchange for alcohol, tobacco, mirrors, umbrellas etc.

anonimi:
The often cited biography titled Madame Tinubu: Merchant and King-maker, authored by Nigerian historian Oladipo Yemitan, paints her views regarding slave trading.

On one occasion, during her final sojourn in Abeokuta, she was alleged to have sold a young boy into slavery and was accused of it. When arraigned before Ogundipe Alatise over the matter, she reportedly explained: 'I have a large house-hold and I must feed them well. I need money to do that, that's why'.

— Oladipo. Yemitan, 'Madame Tinubu: Merchant and King-maker'

Another section of Yemitan's Tinubu biography, referred to as the Amadie-Ojo Affair, captures a slave trading deal gone sour in 1853 (notably after the 1852 Treaty abolishing slavery in Lagos) wherein Tinubu tells another slave trader (Domingo Martinez) that "she would rather drown the slaves [20 in number] than sell them at a discount".

Old news, thanks for waking up. What emergency lovers of Nigeria don't understand or see flying all over social media like witches and wizards is what we saw sitting down. Understand this, most people who support Tinubu today did not like him before, until we came close, observed and realized that he's the best among the rest.
Sorry to say, if Tinubu does not get it right, i have zero percent hope left for anyone to get it right for Nigeria except God. He ticks every indices.
Everyone is entitled to their respective opinion.
But bro you are totally wrong on this.

The worst place this government is not doing well is in the power sector. Like us in Zaria , Kaduna state we can keep anything in the fridge any longer. Light don't stay up to 2 hours in a day. Sometimes the light will not come. I pray that things will improve sha!
