Nigeria’s long term economic outlook is very bright. International organizations are all very optimistic about Nigeria’s future because of all the economic reforms President Tinubu is working on.

You don’t have to like Tinubu to see some of these things. For the past 30 years or so, all presidents have had to worry about fuel subsidy, electricity subsidy, forex subsidy, state governments hijack of local government funds etc. In less than two years, he tackled all these issues instead of sidestepping them like all others have done. Going forward, no president after him will have to worry about any of these issues.

Things may be difficult but some of these things Judy have to be done in the overall long term interest of the country.
No problem, we will wait for him to complete his eight years. If nothing changes, we will call him and all his supporters out.

Tinubu’s policies are pushing Nigeria in the wrong direction, even though they are initially harsh, due to subsidy removal. There are still harsh in the subsidy removal regime. The effects will ease in due course in the propaganda, as prices of fuel and food see a steady rise with a bottomless inflation.

There should be an INFRASTRUCTURAL REVOLUTION going on in the country. The states’ monthly allocation has increased fivefold since subsidy removal. Yet workers earn salaries like beggars.

EVERY STATE IS SHOULD NOW BE A CONSTRUCTION SITE.

In fact they’re in competition to increase inflation.

The other day I saw Benin I couldn’t believe it.

Enugu state? Kidnappers have taken over there and people are always in panic when they travel.
Kaduna? My goodness. See beauty of a city. Tree-lined streets. Fantastic roads.
Bandits, herdsmen have continued to wreck the north and our leader is helpless.
You guys need to travel around this country. It’s not yet the Nigeria of our founding fathers.

Preparations for next elections have started, just like they did in 2023, I expect more celebrities and influencers to start singing praises of Tinubu. Only fools and gullible people will believe this. When they claimed things are getting better without mentioning the things that are getting better. Has prices come down, has naira regained its value before they took over? So tell me, what has gotten better? I just pity the masses, these yeyebrities will just collect money and use it to japa and left the fools that believe them to reap the rewards of their foolishness.
Nigeria are terribly gullible chai

Ratio of public to private schools in Lagos State is one to 22 ― Commissioner
September 4, 2022

The Lagos State government has said the ratio of public to private schools at both primary and secondary school levels in the state is one to 22.

The state’s Commissioner for Education, Mrs Folasade Adefisayo, gave the revelation in her remark at the 2022 edition of the Total School Support Seminar Exhibition (TOSSE) held at Oregun in Ikeja between Thursday and Friday.

Nubia and Kemet (Egypt) were the black jewels of the ancient world, who civilised the planet.

Aside from Kemet, there are over 200 pyramids in Sudan (Ancient Nubia) to the far south, some older than any on Earth.

Africa is the Cradle of Civilisation.

A black man, Mark Dean, co-invented the IBM Personal Computer in 1981, without which you would be using a TYPEWRITER today.

Tinubu can't solve Nigeria's problem in less than 2 years. The economy could have been worst than it is now if not for Tinubu.
Are you saying this based on what terrible T-Pain said a decade ago to earn his ebilokan turn to continue APC shege to the extra level huh

Emergingnation:
Flashback: How Bola Tinubu spoke highly of Buhari in 2015, named PDP ‘Poverty Development Party

National leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu had during the presidential campaign in 2015, referred to President Muhammadu Buhari as the only solution for the security and economic challenges facing Nigeria.

During a mega presidential rally, the former governor of Lagos State recalled how some powerful nations in the world returned to army generals when they were challenged, saying “Major General Buhari would revive Nigeria’s economy”.

He named the current opposition People’s Democratic Party, PDP as the “Poverty Development Party saying they had nothing to offer.

His words at the time were; “Every nation has a period of their own challenges, when America was challenged, they turned to one great man, their ex-military general, General Eisenhower. When the French were challenged, they turned to their general, Charles de Gaulle.

“When Britain was challenged, they turned to their general. Today, Nigeria is economically and physically challenged so we turn to General Muhammadu Buhari. He is the right man for the job. If you talk about military experience, he has it abundantly, he has courage, simplicity, he has it abundantly.

“If you talk about great determination, a combination of vision and ability to perform, honesty and integrity, he has it abundantly.

“I laugh when the incapable government, ‘Poverty Development Party’ PDP were talking. They have nothing again to say, they now want to question the qualifications of General Buhari and look for his certificate”.

Following the manifestos in 2015 which projected the APC presidential candidate as a ‘saviour’, Buhari defeated the then incumbent president, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan with Nigerians expecting a total change in security and economy.

If I may ask, what were the good progressive policies if it doesn't include provison of basic amenities, good public schools with standard facilities, availability of good roods, good transportation system, power generation that meet the demands of Lagosians e.t.c

I think you are judging me based on my positive views on steps Tinubu took so far. I know quite wel know that nothing is working perfectly well in any part of the country. I'm not a party man who argues blindly.
I fully support the removal of subsidy and unification of forex, and that doesn't make me a party man.

A very big ass-licker talking. Mtcheeew. Your thief and drug lord of a president grabbed power and took Nigeria from +3 to -40. Yet, only his brothers, who aren't tired of suffering and smiling, will continue to sing his praises as if they are oblivious to the realities. Their so called elder statesmen have all protested against previous governments that were by far better than this Agbado system of governance. Yet, when it came time for them to voice their disdain for their so-called illustrious son's monumental failure at governance, they were all mute and turned blind—shamelessly collecting tokens to sing praises to an appalling precedence never seen before. A bunch of shameless betrayers and a monumental failure of a people.

You are a brainwashed IGNORAMUS. That’s your problem.

You are led by the nose by CNN and BBC, who portray Somalia and Boko Haram whenever they show you black countries.

That’s why you are BRAINWASHED to think the way you do - like a dunce.

When you start to use your brain, and stop being programmed by western media, you can explore functional, fast developing black countries all the way from Senegal to Jamaica, from Trinidad to Kenya, from Ivory Coast to the Bahamas, from Tanzania to Barbados, and from Rwanda to Botswana, and more.

Then you will stop feeling so inferior to other races.
I asked a simple question and instead of you to apply logical reasoning and answer my question or prove me wrong with facts, you start insulting and calling me names. Lol
Now tell me, does this behavior not animal-like?
Thats the point. If someone say you are animal, act like human and prove them wrong. Don't act like what you are called, which you just did.
Anyways, I don't dwel on sentiments, and I don't think you have gone past nigeria. Mind you, I live in the US right now with my family. I have seen the world more than you will for the rest of your life.
All these countries you mentioned have over 95% poverty rate and none of them have safe drinking water running into their homes, standard hospital, wifi at homes and electricity in all homes. I tell you from experience, traveling far and wide.
Use your brain, act like human and come back for logical argument. Maybe frustration and hunger are your problem, I can send you money right now, if you want.
