What the governor of Edo has done so far is what any law upholding and abiding Governor would have done. The process of forgiveness and healing can only begin when genuine apologies have been tendered and accepted.

Cite the laws which authorized Fulani to bare arms, graze on farms, rape, maim, kidnap and kill. Then finally, cite the law that empowers them to carry out reprisal attacks.
