Well, if heads don't roll for this, then there is no hope with Kekere-Ekun as CJN.

I can't fault or support the judgement because we haven't seen the facts, but snippets show that all three judges agreed there was substantial non-compliance by INEC, where they differed was in the computation.
We will see how it goes after tomorrow.
Thanks so much..

If they agreed to the non-compliance,, then there is great hope.

The non compliance was not substantial

But it was established.??

Remember you earlier said that: “The Documents and BVAS-Machines were DUMPED at the Election Petition Tribunal, and cannot be admitted as evidence..”

So, which evidence were then used to establish the so-called Non-Compliance which you are now saying that it is not substantial.??

It was established to a minor scale. I never told you that nothing will be established after all theres no perfect election. I never told you that the bvas cannot be admitted. I told you they will admit it but later trash it... I told you based on evidences PDP tabled, it wasn't enough to prove substantial noncompliance plus the witnesses defeated the case
