In the absence of concrete proof and based on only the embolden, this reads like an invasion of personal space or physical harassment at worst because it is an unwanted contact.

People use words with serious consequence loosely in Nigeria. There is nothing sexual about what is described up there, except she is saying such actions, when consensual, stimulate sensual arousals for her.

I guess the grey area is the "grabbing" but without more information, it is difficult to clarify.
