On March 31, I wrote an open letter to Atiku, threatening to withdraw my support if he chose a South Easterner as his running mate for the 2027 presidential election. My outburst was fueled by social media posts from some South Eastern users who justified and even celebrated the horrific burning of innocent Hausa travelers. However, in hindsight, I realize that I acted too harshly, even to the extent of praising Tinubu, when, in fact, he should be held responsible as the Commander-in-Chief. I now understand that none of this would have happened if Tinubu had effectively tackled insecurity. For God’s sake, he is a Southerner, why has he allowed Fulani bandits to overrun the country, including his own region? While I acknowledge his and Governor Uba Sani’s efforts in Southern Kaduna, the reality is that insecurity has worsened nationwide.


People are frustrated, and when the government fails to act, they resort to jungle justice, which often claims innocent lives. In times of crisis, emotions take precedence over rationality. Every hour, there is news of killings, by ISWAP, Boko Haram, bandits, kidnappers, or communal clashes. Tinubu has failed. He and his vice, Shettima, must take responsibility. If they cannot fix the problem, they should honorably resign. The killings have become unbearable, and if left unchecked, they could lead to a civil war. Fulani herdsmen are not invincible. Tinubu must act urgently.


That said, I want to sincerely apologize to my leader, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and the good people of the South East. I acknowledge my mistake and overreaction. I directed my frustration at the wrong people. Please forgive me.

To those affected by insecurity, I pray that God comforts you. May He grant us leaders like Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala - leaders with the vision to lead us out of this crisis.

I understand your initial outburst but honestly, the greatest mistake Nigerians have been making that have emboldened Fulani killers in Nigeria is making Igbos the focal point of attacks, criticisms, political exclusion and whatnot in the name of whatever happened in 1966 that most of us weren't born.

For your information, what made them to use illegal means to kidnap and rendition Nnamdi Kanu back to Nigeria from Kenya is because of Eastern Security Network aka ESN which Nnamdi Kanu created when Southeastern Governors refused to act to stop Fulani herdsmen terrorists and landgrabbers killing Igbo farmers and villagers in Igbo land because Buhari cunningly promised to make them the next President, especially Umahi and Hopeless Uzodinma Fulani caliphate imposed on Imo state people.


ESN really dealt with Fulani herdsmen killers in Southeast when they were first created before Imo State Governor acting on the order of Buhari started clamping down on ESN using dangerous methods which later led to the killing of ESN commander Ikonso and the total destabilization of Imo State and Southeast as ESN guys who scattered all over East after the death of Ikonso swore to retaliate his death at all cost.



But unfortunately the rest of Nigerians, especially Yorubas saw Nnamdi Kanu as their worst enemy that wanted to take away their feeding bottle; Nigeria, whereas Kanu's major fight was against Fulani herdsmen terrorists and landgrabbers that have made life a living hell for most Nigerians in the South and Middlebelt.


Until you Middlebelt guys and Yorubas have sense and realize that your common enemy is not Igbos but Fulanis invading your forests and communities, killing your farmers and villagers, kidnapping your wealthy tribesmen and women on the highways, the trouble will continue and will definitely become worst with time.



And it's more shameful and appalling that a Yoruba man is the President, IG of Police, Chief of Army Staff, DSS Boss, Prisons Comptroller, EFCC Boss, Civil Defense Boss, Immigration Boss, Customs Comptroller, Minister of Interior and yet Fulani herdsmen are killing and sacking entire Yoruba communities in Ondo, Oyo, etc, it's really shameful.


Igbos cannot occupy all these key positions in Nigeria and Fulanis will be doing the nonsense they are doing in Southern Nigeria. That is why they are scared to allow an Igbo man become Nigeria's President. They know Yorubas are more interested in making money from politics, enriching themselves, their families and political associates and playing politics of winning Northern votes than take their people's security and wellbeing seriously.

First of all, how do you know it's only the Igbos that supported the uromi killings?

All I have to tell you is that, you should tell your people to avoid anything Fulani and also tell Nigerians, that you people no longer identify/bear "Hausa Fulani". That you are Hausa/kanuri or any other name.

However, in hindsight, I realize that I acted too harshly, even to the extent of praising Tinubu, when, in fact, he should be held responsible as the Commander-in-Chief. I now understand that none of this would have happened if Tinubu had effectively tackled insecurity. For God’s sake, he is a Southerner, why has he allowed Fulani bandits to overrun the country, including his own region? While I acknowledge his and Governor Uba Sani’s efforts in Southern Kaduna, the reality is that insecurity has worsened nationwide.


People are frustrated, and when the government fails to act, they resort to jungle justice, which often claims innocent lives. In times of crisis, emotions take precedence over rationality. Every hour, there is news of killings, by ISWAP, Boko Haram, bandits, kidnappers, or communal clashes. Tinubu has failed. He and his vice, Shettima, must take responsibility. If they cannot fix the problem, they should honorably resign. The killings have become unbearable, and if left unchecked, they could lead to a civil war. Fulani herdsmen are not invincible. Tinubu must act urgently.


That said, I want to sincerely apologize to my leader, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and the good people of the South East. I acknowledge my mistake and overreaction. I directed my frustration at the wrong people. Please forgive me.

To those affected by insecurity, I pray that God comforts you. May He grant us leaders like Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala - leaders with the vision to lead us out of this crisis.


To my fellow Nigerians: do not fall for the government's distractions. Let’s hold them accountable. State governors have limited power. Tinubu controls the DSS, the police, and the military, he is the one we should be holding responsible.

My deepest condolences to those who have lost loved ones. May God grant the departed eternal rest and comfort their families in this difficult time. Amen.

I understand your initial outburst but honestly, the greatest mistake Nigerians have been making that have emboldened Fulani killers in Nigeria is making Igbos the focal point of attacks, criticisms, political exclusion and whatnot in the name of whatever happened in 1966 that most of us weren't born.


Joke aside, in Nigeria, Igbos are the only tribe that have the required boldness, fearlessness and bravery to confront Fulani killers as even stop them completely.


But guess the problem? The rest of Nigerians have been brainwashed by same Fulanis in political power and their Yoruba collaborators to see Igbos as the enemies and aggressors.


If the rest of Nigerians support Igbos without pretence, Igbos will handle Fulanis.


For your information, what made them to use illegal means to kidnap and rendition Nnamdi Kanu back to Nigeria from Kenya is because of Eastern Security Network aka ESN which Nnamdi Kanu created when Southeastern Governors refused to act to stop Fulani herdsmen terrorists and landgrabbers killing Igbo farmers and villagers in Igbo land because Buhari cunningly promised to make them the next President, especially Umahi and Hopeless Uzodinma Fulani caliphate imposed on Imo state people.


ESN really dealt with Fulani herdsmen killers in Southeast when they were first created before Imo State Governor acting on the order of Buhari started clamping down on ESN using dangerous methods which later led to the killing of ESN commander Ikonso and the total destabilization of Imo State and Southeast as ESN guys who scattered all over East after the death of Ikonso swore to retaliate his death at all cost.



But unfortunately the rest of Nigerians, especially Yorubas saw Nnamdi Kanu as their worst enemy that wanted to take away their feeding bottle; Nigeria, whereas Kanu's major fight was against Fulani herdsmen terrorists and landgrabbers that have made life a living hell for most Nigerians in the South and Middlebelt.


Until you Middlebelt guys and Yorubas have sense and realize that your common enemy is not Igbos but Fulanis invading your forests and communities, killing your farmers and villagers, kidnapping your wealthy tribesmen and women on the highways, the trouble will continue and will definitely become worst with time.



And it's more shameful and appalling that a Yoruba man is the President, IG of Police, Chief of Army Staff, DSS Boss, Prisons Comptroller, EFCC Boss, Civil Defense Boss, Immigration Boss, Customs Comptroller, Minister of Interior and yet Fulani herdsmen are killing and sacking entire Yoruba communities in Ondo, Oyo, etc, it's really shameful.


Igbos cannot occupy all these key positions in Nigeria and Fulanis will be doing the nonsense they are doing in Southern Nigeria. That is why they are scared to allow an Igbo man become Nigeria's President. They know Yorubas are more interested in making money from politics, enriching themselves, their families and political associates and playing politics of winning Northern votes than take their people's security and wellbeing seriously.
