IGBOPROMISE1:
Inasmuch as i don’t support jungle justice and extra-judicial killings, the docile, compromised and criminal Nigerian state brought this upon themselves!

I believe those northerners lynched in Uromi are not as innocent as we’re being made to believe! ‘Hunters’ indeed! Pray, are the forests of the south-south/Niger-Delta now teeming with wild boar, antelopes and other large game that hordes of northerners will now relocate to the area in droves with their ‘dane guns’, daggers and matchetes? Notice how emphasis is laid on the ‘harmless’ type of guns they were caught with, as if you’d have a dane gun pointed at you and you look it…look at the holder….then look at it again and start laughing your head off instead of shooting your hands up in the air in fearful surrender as you piss your pants!

I know the kind sorrow and insecurity these sahelian criminals and their Nigerian security accomplices have brought to the south-east, so don’t blame me for now being cynical about any ‘explanation’ as to why a horde of northerners were caught travelling in the dead of the night with dangerous weapons!
Please enough of these bolded statement. We should stop deceiving ourselves, everyone knows those guys are kidnappers. Everyone knows that they will be released, if handed over to the useless nigerian police.
What should be thrending in nigerian is an eye for an eye. Madness for madness. Operation unalive any fulani man bearing a gun. You guys need to stop saying this. If we are tired of staying as a country, everyone should go there way.
Lastly, may god punish muhammed buhari upto his 50th generations.

I am not pro Fulani.

I don't like as Obidients don't want to support a united Southern front because of an irrational hatred for President Tinubu and I am calling it out.
I hope you are aware that tinubu is sympathizing with those terrorists killed at uromi. Now, what has tinubu done about attacks on ondo farmers, enugu villages and people of benue ?
The ealier you embrace those guys you call ipob and form a united front against the criminals in power, the better for you

In as much as I am an ardent supporter of Biafra, the Igbos, and Nnamdi Kanu, as an Ijaw man it annoys me a lot to read and listen to some of you talk rubbish about my people. Una dey craze well well.
And as much as I hate Adaka Boro myself for his myopic actions for supporting Nigeria instead of being neutral and pushed for the Niger Delta Republic that he had agitated for, I will not have you guys disrespect him. Neither Nigeria or the former Eastern government have a right over us as a people; because they never represented our collective interests. We are a people bound by circumstances of British colonial rules.
Adaka Boro had all rights to call for secession from the Eastern region, especially since the first coup happened which created distrust. But only for Ojukwu to crush it and send him to prison( same thing we accuse the Nigerian government of doing to Nnamdi Kanu). And then, within just a few months, the same Ojukwu who arrested and imprisoned Adaka Boro called for secession from Nigeria. How then do you expect Adaka Boro or the minorities to support Biafra after seeing how Ojukwu crushed the Niger Delta Republic movement? So, it's unwise for Igbos to accuse the Ijaws or other minorities for going against Biafra. We are not fools.
We the Ijaws in particular, have lost more than any group of people in Nigeria, except for the Biafrans killed, which also includes the Ijaws and other minorities. Our resources are being wasted in one Nigeria everyday, while the people remain poorer. Our air, water and land, are being polluted without consequences or compensation by one Nigeria. We are treated as conquered people and territory by the south west and north because of the Biafrans war. The Biafrans war remains our biggest regret till today. Something which wouldn't have happened if Ojukwu had allowed Adaka Boro and his newly declared Republic be.
So, you guys should stop disrespecting the Ijaw people. We are suffering because of Britain, Ojukwu, Gowon, Adaka Boro's shortsightedness, e.t.c. And today, Nigeria has failed all of us, and so it needs to be destroyed to allow everyone go their separate ways. As an Ijaw man myself, I have chosen to destroy Nigeria the little way I can, and if that means alligning with you Igbos and Biafra to do just that. There are no permanent enemies in politics but permanent interest they say.
You should do well to seek an alliance with us the Ijaws and other minorities in order to destroy this British fraud. So stop saying things that add salt to injuries.
You just changed my perspective about Ijaw people. Never knew there are many southern minorities (Ijaw particularly) who reason like you.
If only more Africans would cease being teleguided by the strategic masterplan of the British. Whether Ojukwu or Gowon, the stupidity we read about was vintage African short-sightedness of that era just as we have it in today's Nigerian politicians, Southern minorities must unite with the Igbos to arrest the Yoru-Fula existential onslaught on us all.

The entire Edo and Eastern regions see the writing on the wall. You don’t need to watch a full 90-minute match to know the outcome. The real problem isn’t the North reacting to the slaughter of their own—it’s the traitors within the South, the shameless turncoats who twist the narrative at every opportunity, relentlessly shifting blame onto the Igbo while flooding social media with their deceit.

When chaos erupts, these vultures won’t bother distinguishing between Edo, Igbo, or anyone else we’ll all be targets.

A certain Niger Delta tribe, after proposing a so-called republic in the 60s, turned around and helped crush it matterred most and when the moment of truth arrived. Now, the same alliance they once served has reduced them to victims, and they dare act surprised.
Your people blame everybody for their woes but themselves. You imprisoned and sentenced that Nigeria Deltan and eventually sentenced him to death for agitating for freedom?

The vigilante operatives should have captured them, hand them over to the military or police and made sure they are not released until they prove their innocence.
Did you not read the part where someone was stabbed? How can you arrest an armed group of people radical enough to hold on to there weaponhuh The government failed us all. They should drop all propaganda and stop playing LUDO with people’s lives in the name of politics 😓

Maybe they were trying to be honest and transparent about the "crime".

Mind you in Nigeria people are divided over this issue

Some see this as an act of justice though a ruthless one executed without fair hearing

Others see it as a shocking grievous inhuman crime.

So much for one big indivisible united Nigeria.

I believe it should be fragmented to prevent high tension incidents like this capable of potentially causing a spontaneous conflagration since leaders do not want to take responsibility in providing for the security and welfare of the people and ensuring justice and equity.

Though I can't guarantee that fragmentation will not prevent this from reoccurring. I believe it will minimise to a barest minimum.

There is a big difference between ipob and fulani herdsmen. Ipob is not recognised as a terrorist organization outside nigeria. Fulani herdsmen and bokoram are considered a dangerous terrorist organization outside nigeria. But guess what, is the same government that allowed your fathers, mothers and brothers to be killed in therr farm in ondo state without doing anything, that labelled ipob terrorist organization. If you actually think about this, you will understand that once they are done dealing kogi, benue, we are next. I mean enugu, ondo, anambra, osun.
You do not need to like igbos as they themselves may not really like you. But the igbos, the yorubas and everyother tribe in nigeria facing existential threat NEEDS to work together to fight a common enemy. Soviet union and united kingdom fought on the same side to defeat a common enemy nazi germany. We all kbow that communist soviet union do not like uk western democracy.
Its a game of interest and survival. Even awolowo before his death had admonished the yorubas to work with igbos and leave nigeria. He didn't say make igbos ur eternal friends. He said work with them and set your self free. You gain absolutely nothing fighting the igbos. If the igbos cease to exist today, you will become a vulnerable minority and will easily fall victim to hausa fulani conquest ambition. Learn to appreciate the igbos and other smaller tribes that could unite with you to check the fulani conquest ambition. Stop fighting someone that is suppose to be your ally.

Nor matter how you look at it extra judicial killing is murder and those who does it before the cameras are not being smart.
Does Fulani herdsmen terrorist record themselves while committing mass murder?

Fulani needs to be careful over the handling of this matter, Middle belt are no longer on their side, the whole South are fed up of herdsmen menace (apart from Obidients).

May we all continue to sheath our sword as we live peacefully amongst each other.

I myself think they should have hired police or military escorts for their journey back to wherever. You cannot be speaking the same language as people terrorising others in their farms and be travelling with guns, even dane guns. The aesthetic is not good at all.

Firstly, how much is there actually to learn from a subjective account here on NL? I believe there are much more scholarly articles out there that I can learn from, if I were that interested.

Secondly, it was a clear and unnecessary deviation from the original subject and was not the reason why I clicked in.

Finally, you do not come across as intelligent by impulsively throwing insults. Well, at least, you got to use your "word of the day." grin

I don't know what this treatsie is all about. Check my previous post to see the high esteem I hold Ndigbo gbọ, of course Obidients are a different case due to their bullying.

I saw pictures of IPOB telling school children in uniform to kneel down in the hot sun for the offence of wanting to go to school on a Monday, same thing Simon Ekpa's son does in Finland.

They both have no respect for children and hell fire awaits them as a result, nothing like we are not as bad.

Ahhhh, you were really hurt to see that children were prevented from going to School one day in a week?

That means you will feel like jumping into the River Niger if you are told the number of out of School children who can no longer attend any School at all due to banditry?

It's not about how bad you treat them, leave the children alone, they have a future to aim for and have not caused your madness.

They should go to school every day, they should not suffer beatings and corporal punishment from bullying adults because they want to go.

The igbos may feel exactly the same way about you. But its all about freedom from this contraption called Nigeria. No tribe can do it alone.
