Especially that NUPRC which has gone to shit and to the dogs. Where staff are totally ignorant, poorly trained, without a board, with ignorant executive commissioners and a culture that prioritizes paying consultants and contractors before staff members, secret recruitments, etc.


It is a cesspool of white elephant projects and programs with no true value added. Bottlenecks here and there. Inability to steer growth or sensible programs. All they do well is packaging. They can package bunch of shit and make you think it is friend rice and small chops !

As for NUIMS let me not even start with their corruption, stealing and embezzlement!
