So, I have only one question.

Don't I have the right to deactivate my account?
And lawyers in the house, what are the legal implications?

Also, what legal steps can I take to force Nairaland to allowed me opt out of the platform.

How can membership be by force?

No, this is not pure business.
It is uncivilised and crude way of doing a business.

If the owners of this site knows I cannot deactivate my account, then I deserve the right to be properly informed in clear terms.
