They booked themselves into a quagmire just like when they made Keith Lee a double champ only for him to subsequently vacate the NA belt.
Vacating the NA belt cheapens the title.

If they were afraid of her getting pinned, they would have done what they did in 2000 in the match with angle, jericho and Benoit.
Two pinfalls triple threat match. First pin gets the NA title while second pin gets the NXT title.
