In cross river there are igbos indigenous to that area. So any igbo man saying there are igbos in the Niger Delta or South South is not saying it to claim the area, it is a fact.
Even the British when they classed the igbos, classed them into two, the hinterland igbos and the coastal(Niger Delta igbos).
