We talk and discuss but what's in her mind towards me is very bitter.

I can't really pin point what I have done. But maybe she's feeling insecure or perhaps people are feeding her with dirty thoughts.

She shouts and become aggressive even to her closest, the accountant.

That accountant couldn't bear her shouting so she asked for transfer.

She can emotionally and tactically swindle any case to be in her favour and she has rubbished my name and paint me bad.

She came to my office pack items to her office and it is getting me angry.

She is not following up and staff collect things from her without signing.

Do I inform the HR about this?

I have never reported anyone before though I do threaten the junior staff members with reporting.

She wanna get laid, you know its not easy with females at the office sometimes, they become very aggressive.

Find a way to persuade her for a lunch or drink out and talk to her, normally 70% percent woman brain naa water .... let her know you don't like how she take up issues and she don't want you around is better for her to let you know rather than to be spoiling your names around... look into her eyes and tell her that if by any mistake you get fire due to her unruly behavior anything wey her family see make she manage am

See, this one na another manager entirely. The other one has resigned. Because of the past experience of the other one, I decided to stay away from this one.

But whenever she sees me with other ladies, she complains, but when other male staff members are with these girls, she join.

I have decided to avoid them but she keeps pressing for my sack.

They brought new accountant, she made her life miserable that she left.

That's the reason I want to report her to the HR. But, another thought has entered me, I want to put my phone on record in her presence and in the presence of other staff members. I will then ask her what the problem is.

But, the other guy goes to her house all the time, infant every night, he escort her home. She can have him and leave me na.

She locks her office and gives her key to the guy including my office key each time she goes out.

The guy feels he's in control over her.

Please disregard that childish comment, now do not report her to anybody okay.
Do this, gossip about her attitude with other colleagues so in that way you can be hearing gists and update about her in return, trust me you will know her every move sef.
Now pick one day to tackle her bullshits, look her in the eye and correct her, but talk in a civilized way and be bold, any small thing that she does you tackle her instantly, but remember its an office o so do with sense.
Repeat it the next day, she will back off.
And if she reports you to the HR don't fear, just pretend to be sorry and apologize and everything will be fine.
I have been in this situation with a colleague a guy, he started respecting himself when i raised my voice and tackled him.

I don't understand your point, are you taking her for lunch to persuade her or you are threatening her??
It's obvious you haven't dealt with this kind of people before, iron bends iron, negativity can only be defeated by greater negativity
