Apart from you parents and brothers/sisters, no one love unconditionally. Everybody or neighbor is just there to fleece you in one way or the other. This doesn't mean you shouldn't be in good terms with dem. Love with wisdom or else they will reduce your life span!

While humans are still struggling on their own to fulfill this commandment, Our Lord Jesus Christ gave a New Commandment.

John.13.34 - A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Love others as Jesus loves Us. This one is not even as yourself because some persons don't love themselves well enough.

This new commandment is only reminding us that you can't fulfill God's words by your own strength. We need Jesus Christ to love correctly.
