First, the indigenous people of Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) of Nigeria, are primarily from nine ethnic groups (in no particular order): Gbagyi, Amwamwa, Bassa, Egbira, Gade, Ganagana, , Gbari, Gwandara, and Koro. These are neither Hausas nor Fulanis. Second, Abuja like Lagos is built with money from the national treasury. If anything, it was the beauty of Abuja that drove the Niger Delta (ND) youths who attended 1 million-man march for Gen Abacha into armed struggle militancy as a way of protesting the use of ND oil money to develop Abuja while ND remain undeveloped. So,the resources that were used to develop Abuja didn't come from Hausa or Fulani. Third, though a thorough-bred Hausaman from Katsina State, Sarki is a known Hausas/Fulani bigot on Twitter who accuses other bigots of being bigger bigots to cover his own bigotry.
