Omo, taking drug is always an herculean task for me, what I do is that, whenever I want to take drug, I insert it in my swallow and that's it...

But sometimes if no swallow, I force myself to use water 😆 😅

Mine is not there. I chew my drugs , if it is capsules I just put it in my mouth till I has soften, then swollen it.
