Why must one travel to Enugu before one can have a good Okpa? It shows Okpa has no level. One clown up there said it has to be prepared by an Enugu woman before it will taste good. That's a lie. The fact that it tastes bland elsewhere shows that it will also taste bland even in Enugu. Okpa is a poor man's food sold in traffic.
