You guys don’t understand humans body and how it works.
Taste of food is subject to one’s family upbringing, social media and background.
Our taste bud andsense of satisfaction are trained in different ways. Those that grew up eating and relishing Okpa will think it tastes great because their taste bud have been trained to enjoy it, it’s the same with people that have been eating Amala and Ewedu from young

Okpa all depends on where you buy it and who made it.

If you taste the right Okpa, the soft and hot one... You'll change your mind

The ewedu you would eat at east(even when prepared by Iya Ibadan) will not taste same as that at Ibadan.

Ewedu and all food taste the same everywhere, except when prepared by a bad cook. Okpa is no different.

Abacha is very nice if properly seasoned. Have you tried is with fried/roasted mackerel fish?

yeah one man is another poison !! i have never eaten abacha though .... when my igbo friends want to buy for me i remind dem i am not ruminant

By the time una eat okpa from enugu state, y'all will change your mind, okpa is a whole protein food, rich in vitamins and very tasty when prepared by an enugu woman, when it comes to Okpa, leave it to the Enugu women, nah their birth right 😎

Respect to okpa Enugu but if you want correct tasty Okpa…go to Ekwulobia roundabout or park Ekwulobia or Eke Ekwulobia. You’ll confess and give testimony.
